Pinecrest Mobile Home Park is a 55+ community and we are located in the charming little city of 

Zephyrhills, Florida, which is located between the two large cities of Tampa and Orlando.  

At Pinecrest you'll get the small town atmosphere, that many people love, without giving up access to top amenities-- like local shopping centers, flea markets, or top quality health care and emergency services.

For beach goers, one of the best in the United States is an easy drive away on the Gulf Coast. 

Fishing charters, dinner cruises, an evening at the Hard Rock Casino, a day visiting exotic wildlife

at Bush Gardens, or a trip to see the Manatees in Crystal River- are all within about an hour, or two, drive. 

You'll find plenty to do either in the community or as a day trip.​​

Our clubhouse, (with a full kitchen),  is a central hub for those that like cards and

playing billiard pool. We typically have monthly potluck dinners and many social

activities to allow us to get to know our neighbors.
